重视安全与历练,提高小儿肝胆肿瘤诊治水平

Further improving the diagnoses and treatments of pediatric hepatobiliary tumors

外科手术是治疗小儿肝胆肿瘤的重要环节。随着肝胆手术解剖学研究的进步和先进重建成像技术的应用,各种精准解剖性肝切除、极限肝切除乃至肝移植技术日渐成熟。但如何合理运用于儿童肝胆肿瘤的治疗,还需要结合自身经验与条件在实践中不断提高。另外,基于临床特征和分子信息的儿童肝胆肿瘤临床研究也在进一步细化和调整,仍然需要更多病例诊疗经验和研究数据的积累才能支撑更科学准确的治疗决策,进而提高儿童肝胆肿瘤的诊疗水平。

Surgery has been an important treatment of pediatric hepatobiliary tumors.With the advancement of hepatobiliary surgical anatomy and the application of advanced reconstructive imaging modalities,precise anatomic hepatectomy,extreme hepatectomy and even liver transplantation have become increasingly sophisticated.However,proper extensions of pediatric hepatobiliary therapy should be further refined according to unique conditions.Also there are more and more clinical studies on pediatric hepatobiliary tumors based upon clinical characteristics and molecular information.Larger sample sizes and greater research data are required for more scientific and accurate treatment decisions.
