胃癌骨髓转移1例并文献复习

A case of gastric cancer with bone marrow metastasis and literature review

胃癌骨髓转移为罕见疾病,临床诊断率极低,但在分化差的胃癌中易出现骨髓转移,尤其是黏液腺癌。目前该病的发病机制仍不清楚,主要靠骨髓穿刺及活检来确诊,临床表现呈现多样性。临床对于胃癌骨髓转移的治疗已有一定的认识,包括肿瘤治疗、骨病变治疗及血液系统疾病的治疗等。本文结合1例胃癌骨髓转移诊治经历,并对相关文献进行复习,以期为该病的临床诊治提供参考。

Bone marrow metastasis of gastric cancer is a rare disease,its clinical diagnosis rate is extremely low,but easy to occur in poorly differentiated gastric cancer,especially the mucinous adenocarcinoma.The diagnosis is mainly based on bone marrow aspiration and biopsy,and the clinical manifestations are diverse.There is a certain understanding of treatment including tumor treatment,bone stabilization treatment and treatment of blood system related problems.This article reviewed the relevant literatures based on the medical records of one patient with gastric cancer bone marrow metastasis,in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
