Summary of the best evidence for perioperative enteral nutrition management in clinical practice of gastric cancer patients

目的检索并评价胃癌患者围手术期肠内营养管理的相关证据,为临床制定肠内营养方案提供参考。方法系统检索2010年1月至2022年5月国内外相关数据库中与胃癌患者围手术期肠内营养管理的所有文献。依据相关文献质量评价标准进行评价,并提取、总结相关证据。结果共纳入25篇文献,包括指南7篇、系统评价12篇、专家共识6篇,最终总结出包括营养风险筛查与评估、营养目标需求计算、围手术期肠内营养适应证及禁忌证、肠内营养方式、肠内营养制剂选择、肠内营养时间、术前肠道准备、肠内营养不耐受及并发症监测8个方面的34条最佳证据。结论本研究形成的胃癌围手术期肠内营养管理最佳证据,可指导临床实践或可降低围手术期营养不足对患者带来的不利影响。

Objective To retrieve and analyze the best evidence for clinical practice of perioperative enteral nutrition management in patients with gastric cancer.Methods The domestic and foreign literature Selected to the best clinical practice of perioperative enteral nutrition for patients with gastric cancer were searched,and the retrieval time limit was from January 2010 to May 2022.Results 25 articles including 7 guidelines,12 systematic reviews and 6 expert concensuses were selected for the final review.A total of 34 pieces of best evidences for perioperative enteral nutrition management in patients with gastric cancer,including eight aspects such as nutritional risk screening and assessment,nutritional goal requirements calculation,indications and contraindications of perioperative enteral nutrition,perioperative enteral nutrition methods,perioperative nutrition preparation selection,perioperative enteral nutrition time,preoperative intestinal preparation,enteral nutrition intolerance and complications monitoring.Conclusion Summary of the best evidences for clinical practice of perioperative enteral nutrition management in patients with gastric cancer can instruct clinical practice,and reduce the adverse effect of perioperative malnutrition on the patients.
