无抽搐电休克辅助治疗抑郁症的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨无抽搐电休克辅助治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法抽取2020年8月至2022年10月驻马店市第二人民医院收治的抑郁症患者158例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组79例。对照组采用常规抗抑郁治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上采用无抽搐电休克治疗。比较两组临床效果、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评分、血清五羟色胺(5-HT)水平、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率(92.41%,73/79)高于对照组(79.75%,63/79),P<0.05。治疗前,两组HAMD评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、4周,观察组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组WMS评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周,观察组联想、再认评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组5-HT、BDNF水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周,观察组5-HT、BDNF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(8.86%,7/79)与对照组(10.13%,8/79)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无抽搐电休克治疗辅助常规抗抑郁治疗抑郁症患者能提高临床效果,调节神经递质水平,缓解抑郁状况,改善认知功能,并存在安全性。 Objective To investigate the effect of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy(ECT)in adjuvant treatment of depression.Methods A total of 158 patients with depression treated in Zhumadian Second People’s Hospital from August 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 79 cases in each group.The clinical effect,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Wechsler memory scale(WMS)score,level of serum serotonin(5-HT),level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.41%,73/79)was higher than that of control group(79.75%,63/79),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05);1 and 4 weeks after treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WMS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);4 weeks after treatment,the scores of association and recognition of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of 5-HT and BDNF between the two groups(P>0.05);4 weeks after treatment,the levels of 5-HT and BDNF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.86%,7/79)and the control group(10.13%,8/79),P>0.05.Conclusions Non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy as adjuvant therapy in conventional antidepressants treatment for depression can improve the clinical effect,regulate the level of neurotransmitters,relieve depression,improve cognitive function,and has safety.
