摘要
To the Editor:Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma(ENKTCL)is a highly aggressive lymphoma,closely associated with Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)infection.By using the combination of radiotherapy(RT)and asparaginase-based chemotherapy,more than 70%of patients with early stage ENKTCL have been cured.[1]However,great challenges exist among patients at newly diagnosed advanced stage or relapsed/refractory ENKTCL.
