机器人辅助手术技术在乳房再造中的应用进展

摘要 机器人辅助手术(RAS)是由外科医生经控制台操控机械臂进行手术操作的一门新技术,临床中应用日益广泛。RAS在乳房再造领域的应用尚不够成熟,仍处于探索阶段。近年来有报道将RAS尝试应用于背阔肌肌瓣切取、假体乳房再造、腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣血管蒂解剖等乳房再造手术中,初步显示出RAS在狭小空间内实现灵活复杂操作的独特优势。然而,RAS在乳房再造中的应用尚有诸多局限性,如耗时长、费用高,对血管吻合等精密性操作尚难以实现。随着系统的不断更新换代及与新技术的融合,RAS在乳房再造领域的应用将有十分广阔的空间。 Robot-assisted surgery(RAS)is a new technology,which the surgeon controls the manipulator through the console for surgical operation.It is increasingly applied in clinical practice.The application of RAS in the field of breast reconstruction has not achieved a mature stage.In recent years,it has been reported that RAS has been applied to latissimus dorsi muscle flap harvest,implant breast reconstruction,deep inferior epigastric perforator flap vascular pedicle anatomy and other breast reconstruction operations,which preliminarily exhibits the unique advantages of RAS in achieving complex operation in a narrow space.However,the application of RAS in breast reconstruction still has its limitations,such as time-consuming,high cost.It is difficult to achieve precision operations such as vascular anastomosis.With the continuous upgrade of the system and the integration with new technologies,there will be a broad space for its application in the field of breast reconstruction.
