局部晚期宫颈癌综合治疗前沿进展

Forefront progress in comprehensive treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer

宫颈癌是最为常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤之一,半数患者诊疗时已属于局部晚期,预后欠佳。虽然以顺铂为基础的同步放化疗为局部晚期宫颈癌标准治疗方案,但手术治疗、新辅助治疗、术后辅助放化疗及靶向治疗同样是研究的热点。本文对局部晚期宫颈癌治疗进展作一综述。

Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system,and half of the patients are locally advanced at the time of diagnosis and treatment,and the prognosis is poor.Although cisplatin-based concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the standard treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer,surgical treatment,neoadjuvant therapy,postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy and targeted therapy are also the focus of research.This article reviews the progress in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.
