摘要
老年腹股沟疝患者可能合并多种心血管疾病,需要长期使用抗凝药物,围手术期治疗常因患者使用抗凝药物而变得复杂,抗凝治疗的老年腹股沟疝患者手术方式及麻醉方式的选择也与普通患者有所差异,对外科医生提出了挑战。
Elderly inguinal hernia patients may have multiple cardiovascular diseases and require long-term use of anticoagulants.Perioperative treatment often gets more complicated due to usage of anticoagulants,and the choice of operation and anesthesia methods for elderly inguinal hernia patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy is different from that for ordinary patients,which poses a challenge to surgeons.
