富亮氨酸a2糖蛋白1与类风湿关节炎活动性的相关性

摘要 目的探讨富亮氨酸a2糖蛋白1(LRG1)与类风湿关节炎(RA)活动性相关研究。方法选择2020年1月至2021年6月苏州大学附属张家港医院收治的129例RA患者作为研究组,其中男性39例,女性90例;年龄(59.83<8.74)岁。将RA患者按照疾病活动性评分(DAS28)分为轻度组、中度组、重度组。并选取60例健康体检者作为对照组,其中男性19例,女性41例,年龄(59.51<9.09)岁。比较各组的一般资料(性别、年龄、体质指数)及实验室检测指标[LRG1、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)]的水平。采用Spearman相关分析LRG1与DAS28评分、TGF-β1、IL-6相关性。结果各组的性别、年龄、体质指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。轻度组、中度组、重度组的LRG1均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随着活动度增加,LRG1的水平显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman分析,LRG1与DAS28评分呈正相关(r=0.930,P<0.05)。轻度组、中度组、重度组的TGF-β1均明显低于对照组,IL-6均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随着活动度增加,TGF-β1显著降低,IL-6显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析,LRG1与TGF-β1的表达呈负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.05);LRG1与IL-6的表达呈正相关(r=0.816,P<0.05)。结论LRG1与RA患者的活动度呈正相关,可作为RA活动度的检测指标。 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between leucine-rich-alpha-2 glycoprotein 1(LRG1)and activity of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).MethodsA total of 129 RA patients treated at Zhangjiagang Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into a mild group,a moderate group,and a severe group according to 28-joint disease activity score(DAS28).There were 39 males and 90 females with a mean age of(59.83<8.74)years.Sixty healthy subjects were selected as a control group,and there were 19 males and 41 females with an average age of(59.51<9.09)years.General data(gender,age,and body mass index)and laboratory indexes(LRG1,transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1,and interleukin(IL)-6)were compared among the groups.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between LRG1 and DAS28 score,TGF-β1,and IL-6.ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender,age,or body mass index among the groups(P>0.05 for all).The levels of LRG1 in the mild,moderate,and severe RA groups were all significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05 for all).The level of LRG1 increased significantly with the increase of RA activity(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that LRG1 was positively correlated with DAS28 score(r=0.930,P<0.05).The levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 in the mild,moderate,and severe groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 for all).With the elevation of RA activity,the level of TGF-β1 decreased significantly and IL-6 increased significantly(P<0.05 for both).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of LRG1 was negatively correlated with TGF-β1(r=-0.785,P<0.05)but positively correlated with IL-6(r=0.816,P<0.05).ConclusionLRG1 is positively correlated with the activity of RA,and it can be used as an indicator of RA activity.
