继发性草酸盐肾病导致急性肾损伤1例报告

A case report of acute kidney injury caused by secondary oxalate nephropathy

摘要 草酸盐肾病为高草酸尿症导致草酸钙结晶沉积在肾小管而引发的肾损伤,是急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)少见病因,本文报道因食用过量维生素C导致继发性草酸盐肾病引起AKI1例,给予饮食指导及对症支持治疗后肾功能缓慢恢复,治疗效果良好。
