Evaluation methods of leptomeningeal collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中是最常见的脑血管疾病,具有高死亡率和高复发率的特点,严重危害人类健康。多项研究表明,缺血性脑卒中后柔脑膜脉络侧支化是卒中预后的一个强有力的预测指标。即侧支循环良好的患者临床预后好,反之则较差。近年来,不少国内外学者就侧支循环的形成机制、影像学评估等进行了深入研究。文章围绕侧支循环对神经影像学的多种评估方法进行了综述。

Acute ischemic stroke is the most common cerebrovascular disease,which is characterized by high mortality and high recurrence rate,and seriously endangers human health.Multiple studies have shown that the lateral branching of the leptomeningeal after ischemic stroke is a strong predictor of the prognosis of ischemic stroke.In other words,patients with good collateral circulation have a good clinical prognosis,while those with poor collateral circulation have a bad clinical prognosis.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth studies on the formation mechanism and imaging evaluation of collateral circulation.In this review,several methods of neuroimaging assessment around collateral circulation are reviewed as follows.
