腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(LSG)是目前治疗病态肥胖最常应用的减重手术之一。LSG术后的并发症胃狭窄处理不当可能导致严重的后果,采取有效的措施及早诊断处理LSG后出现的胃狭窄对LSG的开展具有重要意义。本文将国内外针对LSG后胃狭窄的定义、诊断、处理及预防的文献进行综述,并根据文献总结了LSG后胃狭窄的诊疗流程,拟为LSG后胃狭窄的诊疗及相关临床研究提供依据。

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)is one of the most commonly used bariatric procedures for the treatment of morbid obesity.Improper handling of gastric stenosis after LSG can lead to serious consequences.Taking effective measures to diagnose and treat gastric stenosis early is of great significance for the development of LSG.This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the definition,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of gastric stenosis after LSG,and summarize the treatment process of gastric stenosis according to the literature,which is intended to provide a basis for the treatment of gastric stenosisafterLSG and related clinical research.
