Surgical challenges of total knee arthroplasty in patients with hemophilia

全膝关节置换术(TKA)是晚期血友病性关节炎治疗方法的金标准。该类患者在进行TKA手术时要综合考虑到解剖异常,假体选择,手术入路,滑膜处理,血管损伤,髌骨处理,屈曲挛缩处理,同期双侧TKA手术等手术注意事项,以获得最佳临床结果。本文对血友病患者TKA相关的手术注意事项进行总结综述。

Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is the gold standard treatment for advanced hemophilic arthritis.For such patients,surgical considerations such as abnormal anatomy,prosthesis selection,surgical approach,synovial management,vascular injury,patella treatment,flexion contracture treatment,and simultaneous bilateral TKA surgery should be considered in order to obtain the good clinical outcome.This article summarized the surgical precautions related to TKA in the patients with hemophilia.
