褪黑素调控椎间盘退变的研究进展

Advances in mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration:The regulating role of melatonin

摘要 褪黑素及其代谢物具有多种生理功能。在病理生理环境下,褪黑素不仅拮抗炎症和氧化应激,而且调节细胞自噬和凋亡。本文从炎症反应、自噬、氧化应激、细胞基质合成分解、椎间盘细胞衰老等方面综述了褪黑素在椎间盘退变中的作用及机制,以期为治疗椎间盘退行性疾病提供思路。 Melatonin and its metabolites have many physiological functions.In the pathophysiological environment,melatonin not only antagonizes inflammation and oxidative stress,but also regulates autophagy and apoptosis.This paper reviews the role and mechanism of melatonin in intervertebral disc aging and degeneration from aspects of inflammation,autophagy,oxidative stress,extracellular matrix metabolism and senescence of intervertebral disc cells,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration diseases.
