基本公共卫生服务对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响研究

The influence of basic public health services on self-management behavior of type 2 diabetes patients

目的探讨基本公共卫生服务2型糖尿病健康管理对患者自我管理行为的影响。方法于2023年4至9月在福建省福州市6城区进行现场问卷调查,收集参与基本公共卫生服务健康管理患者随访次数、随访频次、随访内容以及自我管理行为情况,最终共有483名2型糖尿病患者数据纳入分析。使用SPSS 26.0进行描述性分析及回归分析规范管理情况对患者自我管理行为的影响。结果完成规定所有服务内容的规范健康管理率为46.2%,自我管理行为平均得分为(27.77±10.67)分,规范管理的患者平均得分(32.98±8.79)分,未规范管理的患者平均得分(23.30±10.12)分。回归分析结果显示接受规范管理的患者自我管理行为更好(B=9.490,P<0.001),对自我管理行为的解释能力增加了18.1%。结论规范的基本公共卫生服务2型糖尿病健康管理与患者自我管理行为有正相关关系,应进一步研究健康管理影响作用机制,探索建立有效提高患者自我管理行为的管理方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of health management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in basic public health services on patients'self-management behavior.Methods An on-site questionnaire survey was conducted in 6 urban districts of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,from April to September 2022.The follow-up frequency,follow-up content,and self-management behavior of patients participating in health management of basic public health services were collected.A total of 483 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included in the analysis.SPSS 26.0 was used for descriptive analysis and regression analysis to analyze the impact of standardized management on patients'self-management behavior.Results 46.2%of the respondents completed the standardized health management of all the prescribed services.The average score of self-management behavior was(27.77±10.67),and the average score of patients with standardized management was(32.98±8.79)points,while the average score of patients without standardized management was(23.30±10.12)points.The regression analysis showed that the self-management behavior of patients who received standardized management was better(B=9.490,P<0.001),and the explanatory power of self-management behavior increased by 18.1%.Conclusions There is a positive correlation between the health management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in standardized basic public health services and patients'self-management behaviors,and further research should be conducted on the mechanism of the impact of health management.The management methods to effectively improve patients'self-management behaviors should be explored.
