利妥昔单抗治疗难治性微小病变性肾病一例并文献复习

Rituximab for treatment of refractory minimal change disease:a case report and literature review

利妥昔单抗治疗肾小球微小病变的疗效仍不确定。本文报道利妥昔单抗治疗难治性微小病变1例并进行文献复习。患者肾病综合征3年,经肾活检明确为微小病变,经糖皮质激素、他克莫司等治疗病情短期好转,但于药物减量后反复复发且后期激素不耐受,给予利妥昔单抗治疗,疗效欠佳。

The efficacy of rituximab for minimal change disease(MCD)is still controversial.Here we report a case of refractory MCD treated with rituximab.A young man was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome for 3 years,and MCD was confirmed by kidney biopsy.He achieved partial remission after treatment with glucocorticoids and tacrolimus,but the disease relapsed after dosage reduction.Furthermore,the patient was intolerant to glucocorticoids in later stage.Then,he was treated with rituximab but achieved a poor effect.In addition,a review of the relevant literature was performed.
