瘤内扰流装置在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的研究进展

瘤内扰流装置是治疗颅内血管分叉部宽颈动脉瘤的一种创新方法,其因释放简捷且不需要双重抗血小板治疗而被关注。目前,临床上共有4种不同类型的瘤内扰流装置用于治疗颅内动脉瘤。既往研究已初步说明瘤内扰流装置的安全性和有效性,随着设备和技术的迅速发展,多种瘤内扰流装置进行了结构优化,适应证也相应地逐渐扩大,进一步研究证明了这些最新装置的安全性和有效性。本文主要对4种瘤内扰流装置最新研究进展进行综述。

Intrasaccular flow disruption is an innovative method of treating intracranial wide-necked bifurcation aneurysms.It has raised widespread concern because it does not need dual antiplatelet therapy.At present,four different types of intrasaccular flow disruptions have been used to treat intracranial aneurysms.Previous studies have preliminarily shown the safety and efficacy of intrasaccular flow disruption.With the rapid development of equipment and technology,various intrasaccular flow disruptions have been optimized,and the indications have been gradually expanded accordingly.Further research has proved the safety and efficacy of these latest devices.The review aims to provide an overview of these devices and summarize the literature on the safety and efficacy of these devices in recent years.
