摘要
为制订《中国膝骨关节炎基层诊疗与康复指南》,由中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组、北京大学关节病研究所牵头,在2022年的3月份成立了制订此项指南的工作组,依据世界卫生组织(WHO)的指南制订手册和《临床实践指南制订方法学》,基于美国医学科学院(IOM)最新指南定义,证据推荐分级(GRADE)、国际实践指南报告标准(RIGHT)以及证据质量评价工具(AGREEⅡ)共同完成此项指南计划书。
In order to develop Chinese guideline for diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis in primary clinics,the guideline working group was established in March 2022 by the Joint Surgery Branch of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association and Peking University Arthritis Institute.The Guideline Working Group developed the guideline in accordance with the World Health Organization(WHO)guidelines,the Methodology for Developing Clinical Practice Guidelines,the definition of institution of Medicine(IOM),the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)approach,the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT)checklist,and STAR guideline quality evaluation checklist.
