摘要
目的自助预约系统作为医院信息化建设的重要组成部分,在提升门诊服务质量,改善患者就诊体验中起到重要作用。解放军总医院第一医学中心消化内科医学部消化内镜中心根据科室自身情况设计开发了胃肠镜检查自助预约系统,显著减少了患者预约时等待时间,减少不良事件发生,患者满意度提高。本文重点介绍自助预约系统设计、实现及优化的实施过程。
As an important part of the hospital information construction,the self-service reservation system plays an important role in improving the quality of outpatient service and improving the patient experience.G.I.endoscopic Center in department of Gastroenterology,First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital designed and developed a self-service reservation system according to own conditions,The waiting time of reservation was significantly reduced,the occurrence of adverse events was reduced,and the patient satisfaction was high.This paper focused on the design,implementation and optimization of the self-service reservation system.
