间充质干细胞在宫腔粘连治疗中的研究进展

宫腔粘连已成为女性继发不孕不育的重要原因之一,多由宫腔操作史以及手术后炎症反应而导致,传统治疗手段多用宫腔镜下子宫内膜分离术联合雌激素类药物,但治疗效果不佳,复发率偏高。干细胞移植疗法为宫腔粘连的治疗提供了新的治疗思路,且治疗所用的干细胞种类丰富,故该文对近5年不同来源的间充质干细胞单独治疗、联合治疗宫腔粘连的研究成果进行综述,为后续的研究进展提供参考。

Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)have become one of the important causes of secondary infertility in women,which are mostly caused by uterine cavity operation and postoperative inflammatory reaction.Hysteroscopic endometrial separation combined with estrogens is often used in traditional treatment,but the therapeutic effect is poor,with a high recurrence rate.Stem cell transplantation provides a new therapeutic strategy for the treatment of endometrial adhesion,and stem cells are plentiful.In this paper,we review the research results of single therapy and combined therapy of different mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of IUA in recent five years,with an aim to provide reference for subsequent research.
