运用多种方法 ,对单手肩上投篮动作的稳定性进行生物力学分析 ,通过分析表明为了提高单手肩上投篮的准确性 ,应加强体育教学的规范性 ,使投篮技术动作正确、合理、协调、稳定。

In this article,through biomechanics analysis of stability in shooting at the basket with one hand,the author emphasizes that more attention should be paid to standardization in physical education so as to improve the accuracy of shooting at the basket and try to make the technique correct、rational、harmonious and stable.
