摘要
通过多元唤醒理论的阐述 ,以及结合体育教学实际讨论其在教学实践中的应用 ,说明在体育教学中不但要使学生处在适宜的唤醒状态 ,而且还要减少学生的焦虑 ,这样才能提高教学质量。
Application of wake-up principle in physical education is discussed in the article,the author opines that in order to improve teaching quality of physical education class we not only make students in befitting wake-up level but also lower students anxiety.
