摘要
分析了 2种不锈钢凝固时的结晶特性 ,模拟计算了连铸过程中不同拉速和不同二冷配水下铸坯温度场的变化 ,并分析了铸坯温度场的变化与铸坯质量的关系 总结出提高铸坯质量的二冷配水原则 。
The solidification properties are discussed for austenite and martensitic stainless steel in continuous casting of billets.Temperatures and solidifications are calculated under different casting conditions.The relationship between quality and cooling is correlated.New strategy of secondary cooling zone is given under the corresponding casting conditions.
