摘要
家蚕卵期N+ 注入后 ,当代蛹期进行血液酯酶同工酶电泳 ,发现A区酶带数和活性比对照增强 ,经N+ 注入后的孵化率随剂量增加而下降 ,孵化出的蚁蚕疏毛率比对照略有提高 ,个体间发育开差增大 ,茧质并未下降 ,出现个别环节畸变蚕.
Blood esterase isozyme electrophoresis was carried out in pupal stage of the day after N + injected into silkworm in egg stage.The results showed that the numbers of enzyme bands and the enzyme activity swelled in region A,hatching rate declined with increase of the dose of N +,newly hatched silkworm setae dispersion rate enhanced a little and difference of development in individual swell but cocoon quality retain.
