目的 :观察灵芝发酵液对荷瘤小鼠有关免疫指标的变化。方法 :U14瘤细胞荷瘤纯系BALB/C小鼠 30只建立动物模型 ,随机分为灵芝发酵液治疗组、环磷酰胺治疗组和生理盐水对照组各 10只 ,观察灵芝发酵液对荷瘤鼠NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、TNF -α和NO等免疫指标的影响。结果 :显示灵芝发酵液能显著提高腹水型荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性 (P <0 0 1)及淋巴细胞增殖率 (P <0 0 1) ,以及血清TNF -α和NO含量 (均P <0 0 1)。结论
