摘要
电解二氧化锰(EMD)、无汞锌粉和集流体是影响无汞碱锰电池的关键因素。分析了国产、进口EMD和无汞锌粉的杂质含量;并对上述原材料制作的无汞LR6和LR03电池的电性能进行了测试和比较;结果表明:国产EMD的质量与国外先进水平接近;国产无汞锌粉与国外相比还有一定差距。介绍了负极集流体的无氰镀铟新技术。
