摘要
管件类相贯线数控切割编程一直是管道工程的难题之一。本文在遵循数控切割原理的基础上 ,通过对管件类各种相贯线类型的分析 ,建立了用于这类复杂空间曲线数控切割加工的数学模型 ,并在此基础上开发了专门用于管件切割的图形交互式自动编程系统。
It have been one of difficult problem that pipe intersecting line NC cutting programming in pipe project. This paper has built mathematic modeling of complex space curve NC cutting, it based on NC cutting theory by analysis all kind of intersecting line for varieties of pipe. It has developed interactive graphic automatic programming system which has special for pipe cutting.
