摘要
研究了微秒级脉冲电流电化学抛光的工艺规律 ,分析了各抛光参数与表面粗糙度的关系。
The paper summarizes some applicable methods for rapid tooling, introduces plasma spraying method to make injecting hard mold which the surface is attached with natural leather lines rapidly, The experimental results show that the product lines with strong third dimension and reality, and the hardness of mold surface is up to HV820(equal to HRC62), so this method can be used to rapid mold making for automobile interior ornament, computer and home appliances panel etc.
