摘要
在分析卷绕成形加工方法工艺过程的基础上探讨影响卷绕成形零件精度的各种因素。提出降低阶梯误差的三种方法 ,并提出芯带实时厚度监测、卷绕张紧力和压辊压力的优化、带材预变形等方法以提高零件精度。
Based on introducing the principle of rolling shaping process this paper analyzes the factors that affect the precision of part. And puts forward the way to decrease the ladder error, then brings forward the real-time detection of the thickness, optimization of the force of strain and the pressure, and pre transmutation of material which are used to improve the precision of the rolling parts.
