一种谐振DC环逆变器损耗分析及参数选择

Loss analysis and parameters selecting of resonant DC-link inverter

对硬开关逆变器无吸收回路的开关器件的开关损耗进行了分析和等效计算。在分析一种低脉动输出电压的谐振DC环逆变器原理的基础上 ,对谐振环的谐振阶段的损耗进行了分析与近似计算。同时就谐振环最小损耗的原理提出了电感、电容参数选择的方法。

The switching loss of swith device in snubberless inverter is analyzed and approximately calculated.On the base of the theory of lowly pulsant output resonant DC-link inverter, the loss in the resonant phase of the resonant DC-link is analyzed and almost calculated .On the condition,in principle of the minimum loss of resonant DC-link, the means of selecting parameters of inductance and capacitor are put forward .
