摘要
通过分析AB公司PLC热备系统的硬件结构和工作原理 ,解释热备系统发生切换时出现输出跳变和存在数据不完整现象的原因 ,给出利用高速串行链路进行热备编程而解决这一问题的方法 。
By analyzing hardware structure and principle of PLC backup system produced by AB company , the reason of output bump and the failure of data integrity when switchover are explained . To deal with this problem , a method of programming backup program by using high-speed serial link is introduced . An example which is used in blower supervision system for blast furnace is also given .
