Abstract: Under the guidance of constructivist theory, the reform of college English teaching in pre-primary education promotes the teacher-student compatriots, especially the promotion of students to combine professional learning with the improvement of English application ability to train professional preschool English teachers. Put forward some reform plans for college English teaching in pre-school education to train more professional English teachers who meet the needs of social development.
