优质护理在小儿内科护理管理中的应用效果研究

目的:分析在小儿内科护理管理工作中实施优质护理的临床效果。方法:随机选取本院小儿内科收治的 150 例患儿为调查对象,根据其入院顺序将其分为对照组(n=75) 和研究组(n=75),对照组实施小儿内科常规管理,研究组采用优质护理,比较两组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度评分和治疗期间患儿不良事件发生情况。结果:调查显示,研 究组患儿家属满意度明显高于对照组,并且不良时间发生率也明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在小儿内科护理管理工作中实施优质护理模式能够有效提高管理 质量。 Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of quality nursing in the nursing management of pediatric internal medicine. Methods: a total of 150 children in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 75) and study group (n = 75). The routine management of children's internal medicine was carried out in the control group, and high-quality nursing was used in the study group. The satisfaction score of children's family members on nursing work and the occurrence of adverse events during the treatment were compared. Results: the survey showed that the family satisfaction of the children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse time was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high quality nursing mode in the nursing management of pediatric internal medicine can effectively improve the quality of management.
