近年来,随着人们生活质量水平的不断提升,对建筑工程提出了创新要求。建筑工程管理工作是工程高效高质量开展的重要前提。但是,在过去的管理工作中,往往由于缺乏创新导致出现工程质量问题以及安全风险,严重阻碍工程稳定发展。因此,当下应该不断落实建筑工程管理创新,不断对过去存在的问题进行优化完善,促进建筑工程高效高质量发展。同时,落实绿色施工管理能够充分满足当下人们对建筑工程提出的高度要求,有效提高建筑工程整体质量。在工程施工中落实监理工作,相关工作人员同样应该明确这一工作的开展需要完善的制度体系作为基础前提,才能够保证这一工作稳定高效开展,充分满足工程发展需求。在过去的监理工作开展的过程中,由于存在制度体系不完善问题,导致监理工作开展难以满足全面落实要求,同时在监理工作开展的过程中缺乏相应的理论体系作为依据,最终工作开展效率低下。因此,当下工程施工中落实监理工作应该充分保证其制度体系的充分完善,进而能够在完善的制度体系下开展监理工作,充分满足工程监理需求的同时能够保证相关理论依据的不断完善。Abstract:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, innovative requirements have been put forward for construction engineering.
