摘要
在急性闭角型青光眼疾病临床治疗过程中采取白内障超声乳化、房角分离联合疗法,观察分析其临床疗效。方法 择取北京市朝阳区双桥医院眼科五年内(样本观察时间为2018年4月到2022年4月)收治的白内障急性闭角型青光眼疾病患者(n=27例,32眼),对其实施白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术疗法,观察研究临床疗效。结果:与手术前相比,手术后矫正视力水平、中央前房深度水平、房角开放距离水平均显著更高。结论:实施白内战超声乳化、房角分离联合方式治疗急性闭角型青光眼疾病患者,可以显著改善与优化手术后视力、中央前房深度,减少手术后眼压水平、并发症发生概率,值得推荐。关键词:白内障超声乳化;房角分离;急性闭角型青光眼;视力;眼压中图分类号:R77Clinical observation of cataract phacoemulsification combined with angle separation in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucomaDONG Hailian, KONG Yingying, LI Yang WEN XinDepartment of Ophthalmology, Shuangqiao Hospital, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100024Abstract:Objective: In the clinical treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma, a combination of cataract phacoemulsification and angle separation therapy is used to observe and analyze its clinical efficacy. Method: Thirty two patients (n=27 cases, 32 eyes) with acute angle closure glaucoma treated in the ophthalmology department of Shuangqiao Hospital in Chaoyang District, Beijing within five years (sample observation time from April 2018 to April 2022) were selected and treated with cataract phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation, and angle separation surgery. The clinical efficacy was observed and studied. Result: Compared with before surgery, the postoperative corrected visual acuity level, central anterior chamber depth level, and angle opening distance level were significantly higher. Conclusion: The combination of internal white war phacoemulsification and angle separation can significantly improve and optimize postoperative vision, central anterior chamber depth, reduce postoperative intraocular pressure levels, and the probability of complications in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.
