Clinical Research on the Influence of Newborn's Sex and Weight upon Postpartum Hemorrhage

从新生儿性别及体重两方面对产后2h出血量进行研究,发现两者均对产后出血的影响较大。婴儿性别对产妇心理状态有影响,可能是婴儿性别不如所愿而致不满意,因此必须做好产前产后心理护理;婴儿体重的影响是体重越重,产后出血率越高,所以在产前最好对胎儿的大小作好估计,预防产后出血。

Studied the quantity of postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours of childbirth from newborn's sex and weight, then found out that these two aspects had influence on postpartum hemorrhage. The reason why newborn's sex had this influence may be that newborn's sex is not the one his mother expect. So mental nursing for lying-in woman is important. Heavier the newborn is,higher postpartum hemorrahage rate is. In conclusion,it is necessary that we estimate foetu' s conditions to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
