摘要
MR线圈作为磁共振设备的一部分,是直接与病人接触的医疗用品之一,微生物污染比较严重。使用1:200的84消毒液对线圈喷雾消毒,效果可靠,消毒前后细菌数量差异有显著性(P<0.01)。该法同紫外线灯照射法相比,2种方法灭菌效果差异无显著性(P>O.05)。
As a part of MR instrument, MR coil is one of the medical things directly contact patients. Microorganism pollution of MR coil is quite serious. The effect of using 84 disinfecting substance in proportion of 1:200 to spray the coils to sterilize is reliable. The difference in the number of bacterium between predisinfection and postdisinfection is obvious (P < 0. 01). The difference of effect between this method and ultraviolet light disinfection is not obvious.
