摘要
目的 探讨胃肠道手术前清洁灌肠加用番泻叶代茶饮的效果。方法 将 6 5例胃肠道手术术前病人随机分为 2组 ,实验组 (36例 )除清洁灌肠外 ,术前 5日每日饮用番泻汁汤剂 ,对照组 (2 9例 )单纯采用清洁灌肠。结果 2组洁肠成功率经统计学分析无显著差异性 ;但在副作用发生率方面 2组统计学差异有显著性 ,实验组副作用发生率低于对照组。结论 胃肠道手术前清洁灌肠加用番泻叶代茶饮可减少病人痛苦 。
