早期静脉营养治疗多系统器官功能衰竭患儿的护理

Nursing of Early-stage Total Parenteral Nutrition Used on Children with MSOF.

目的 探讨早期静脉营养支持对多系统器官功能衰竭 (MSOF)患儿的作用及护理。方法 6 4例患儿分 2组。 2组根据具体病情均给予胃肠营养 ,其中实验组于入院后 2～ 3天给予静脉营养。结果 实验组治愈率及治愈时间均优于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 早期静脉营养支持是影响MSOF患儿预后的重要治疗手段 ,精心的护理是保证其成功实施的关键。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing of early stage tatal parenteral nutrition (TPN) used on children with MSOF.Method Divided 64 children with MSOF into two groups and both of them received TPN.Meanwhile,children in experimental group received early stage TPN after they stayed in hospital 2～3 days.Result Curing rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group and there was significant difference between them ( P <0.05).Conclusion Early stage TPN is an important treatment tha...
