综合性医院精神科与综合科护理人员的情绪调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on The Mood of General Department Nurses and Psychiatric Department Nurses in General Hospital

目的 :探讨综合性医院精神科与综合科护士的情绪状况及相关因素。方法 :采用Zung′s的抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,对 6 4位护士进行情绪状况调查 ,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 :综合性医院中 ,精神科护士较综合科护士更容易出现抑郁状况 ,两者比较差异有显著性 ;精神科护士出现抑郁状况 ,主要表现为躯体性障碍和抑郁的心理障碍。结论 :精神科护士较综合科护士更容易出现抑郁状况 ,原因可能与工作环境、护患关系。

Objective To explore the mood of general department nurses(GDNs)and psychiatric department nurses(PDNs)in general hospital and analyze the relative factors which have influence on their mood.
