Nursing on Patients Who Suffered from HE and Fleceived CWH

目的:探讨肝性脑病(HE)患者应用连续性静一静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗的观察和护理。方法:回顾性总结14例HE患者应用CVVH方法治疗HE过程中,有效维持CVVH的正常运转及术中并发症的预防及护理。结果:CVVH治疗14例患者共29例次,总有效率85.71％,与对照组总有效率比较有差异(P<0.05),治疗过程中避免了出血、凝血、感染、褥疮、外伤等并发症发生。结论:采用CVVH治疗使大部分患者的临床症状得到有效改善,加强CVVH技术的护理对提高HE的清醒率和存活率起到重要作用。

Objective To explore the observation and nursing on patients who suffer from hepatic encephalopathg (HE) and receive continuous venous venous hemofiltration ( CWH) .
