通过对哲学、社科高校科研竞争力评价指标体系的分析与应用研究,提出了哲学、社科高校科研工作应当以投入和产出等重要方面为切入点,强化对科研质量的考核评价,鼓励多出高、精、新的科学研究成果,使其整体科研水平和科研竞争力不断提升,同时指出在实际工作中哲学、社科研究所面临的问题和解决策略。

Through studies on the applications of the philosophical,social scientific university scientific(research) competence index system,this article puts forward that the work of philosophy and social scientific(university) scientific research should strengthen the assessment and valuation on the basis of the important points as input and output,encourage the newest and high-quality scientific research products,therefore improve the level of scientific research and scientific competence.Meanwhile this article points out problems faced in practical work in the field of philosophy and social research institutes as well as the way out.
