摘要
研究切屑形态的变化有助于掌握切削过程的内在规律.对硬铝材料(2A12)微小型零件进行车铣加工单因素实验,研究切削参数对微小型车铣切屑形态影响.通过实验得到了切屑齿距、切屑宽度随切削参数变化的规律.结果表明,车铣切屑齿距随着切削参数的增加而变大,切屑宽度只对切削深度的变化很敏感.
The study and research on the changes of chip deformation will help us master the inherent rules of cutting process.Micro turn-milling machining experiments based on aluminum alloy 2Al2 are carried out.Through the single-factor experiment testing the influence that cutting parameters affect the micro turn-milling chip formation,the relationship of chip tooth pitch and width change rule and cutting parameters is obtained.The result indicates that the regularity between chip tooth pitch change and cutting parameter change appears non-monotropic,and chip width had high sensitivity only to cutting depth.
