烟酸抗动脉粥样硬化作用的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 ①目的探讨烟酸对动脉粥样硬化及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。②方法门诊或住院249例动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为烟酸治疗与血脂康治疗两组。服药12个月前后,均分别测得了所有患者血清CRP、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)程度的变化。③结果用药1年后,烟酸治疗组与血脂康治疗组血清CRP、FIB、AS程度均有明显的下降,但是烟酸对CRP、FIB表现出更好的调节作用,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。④结论烟酸有较好的降低CRP及抗AS作用,耐受性好、安全性好,且医药费用低。 Objective To investigate the effects of nicotinic on the serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP) and the degrees of atherosclerosis (AS).Methods 249 patients with AS were divided into two groups randomly,and one group was treated with nicotinic and the other with Xuezhikang for 12 months.The serum levels of CRP,fibrinogen(FIB) were detected and the degrees of atherosclerosis of carotid artery(CAS) were measured before and after treatment for 12 months.Result After treatment for 12 months,the levels of CRP、FIB and the size of CAS were reduced in nicotinic group and Xuezhikang group,but the levels of CRP、FIB and the size of CAS in nicotinic group were lower than those in Xuezhikang group(P<0.05).Comclusion The level of CRP was reduced and AS was resisted by nicotinic.
