中小企业在国民经济中具有不可替代的作用,大力发展中小企业在世界各国政府中已形成共识。中小企业繁荣的关键在于以较快的速度更新。本文从培育创业精神和健全吉林省中小企业创业支持体系两方面着手,探讨了促进吉林省民营中小企业创建与发展的对策。

Since small and medium-sized enterprises(SME) play an irreplaceable role in national economy,goverments of all countries and even all provinces of our country have reached consensus on devoting major efforts to developing SME.The boom of SME hinges on their renewal at a rapid speed rather than their life-span.Developing SME run by private citizens in Jilin Province requires continuous establishment of large numbers of SME.Therefore in order to advance the establishment and development of SME run by private citizens in Jilin Province,we should start with fostering the enterprising spirit and improving the supporting system of establising SME.
