随着我国改革开放的不断深入,特别是加入WTO后,如何改善投资环境,增强外商投资者的信心,吸引外商来华投资已成为我国面临的一个突出问题。本文分析了法律在改善投资环境中的作用,并就涉外投资立法应当注意的问题提出建议。

With China's reformation going deep and opening-up progressing wide,we are facing a more open international markets after joining the WTO.How to improve the investment environment and strengthen the confidence of foreign investors,and how to attract foreign investment in China,the above has become a prominent problem.In this thesis,through theoretical and practical examples,we try to analyze the function of law in the improvement of investment environment and put forward several problems in legislation concerning foreign investment which we should pay much attention to.
