摘要
在实践中,舆论引导的艺术和技巧包括以下几个方面:通过恰当的事实选择进行舆论引导;依托适宜的新闻评论进行舆论引导;对重大事件和突发事件进行重点引导;舆论引导和舆论监督相结合;集中引导和分散引导相结合。
In reality, public opinion guidance art and skill include the following several aspects: carrying on the publicopinion guidance through the appropriate fact choice; depending on suitable the news commentary; carrying on the keyguidance to the significant event and the thunderbolt; unifying the public opinion guidance and the supervision of pub-lic opinion; integrating centralized and decentralized public opinion guidance.
