摘要
与传统媒体相比,网络媒介具有发散性、互动性、宽容性、快捷性、反复性、虚拟性、海量性等特点,这些特点和功能优势最终支持并引导了信息传播领域的一次重大变革。加强网络管理,必须立足网络媒介的特点,坚持正确的舆论导向,制定科学的管理规范,同时还要满足不同的群体需求,并着力去唤醒麻木的人文精神。
Comparing with traditional media, Internet media has the characteristics of diversity, interactive property, tolerant property, quick property, repeatability, virtual property and magnanimity etc. These characteristics and functions finally support and cause a big revolution in the field of information spreading. In order to strengthen the management of internet media, we have to find the characteristics of the internet, stick on the right public opinion guidance, formu- late the scientific management regulations, and at the same time to meet the needs of different people and try to wake up the numb culturally spirit also.
