Probing into Regional Cycling Economic Theory

分析了五个循环经济理论和九个区域经济理论的内容和意义,在此基础上分析了区域循环经济的特点,构建了区域循环经济理论体系,主要观点有区域循环经济的发展目标是实现生态、经济和社会的可持续发展;发展思路是循序渐进,滚动发展;限制条件是环境的可承载容量;途径是从核心地区的核心企业做起;规模要适度;措施是贯彻“4R”原则。

This paper analyses not only the contents and signification of five circular economy theories and nine area economy theories but also the characteristic of area circular economy .An area circular economy theory is built based on them . Its main concept is that the development target is the sustainable development of ecology , economy and society ; the thinking is following in order and advancing step by step,and rolling development ; the constraint condition is the digestion of environment ; the way is beginning from the core business in the core area ; the scale must be proper and the method is the '4 R' rules .
