摘要
湖北民营经济的产业结构不够合理,影响了劳动就业水平。本文通过对湖北民营经济行业就业现状及其吸纳劳动就业能力的分析,发现建筑业、批发零售贸易餐饮业、房地产业及社会服务业吸纳就业能力都很强,但除房地产业外其他行业民营投资不足;而制造业、交通运输和邮电通信业投资较多,但吸纳就业能力相对较弱。发展劳动密集型中小企业和加大服务业的投资,有助于增加就业。
The industrial construction of Non-stated Enterprises in Hubei province is not reasonable, which restrains the labor increasing. This paper analyses the status in quo of employment and further studies on the ability of different industries to obtain employment,the result indicates that the ability of that is very strong in construction,wholesale ?retail sale and catering,real estate and social service,but the investment is very low except that real estate;however manufacturing ,transportation and communication invest excessively,but the ability of that is very limited. It is helpful to increase employment to develop labor-intense and medium-small firms and invest much in serving sector.
